The musical was a lot of fun, even if things got a bit.. weird the second night. My part was really tiny, but it was still fun to actually have a part! (Though I don't think I'll be charming my hair black again anytime soon. I'm still finding stray strands of black hair. Ew.)

I'm getting really antsy about exams again. I just want them to be over, but now I'm nervous and wondering if I didn't revise enough. Or worrying that I'm going to completely freeze up in the middle of the exams and forget how to even spell my own name. It's too late to regret not revising more, so I guess.. whatever happens will happen.

But if you see me passed out over my books somewhere, wake me up, please!

Also! Dempster! Mum owled and said you can borrow whatever you like for the dance! I can definitely arrange discounts for anyone else too.

I'd been trying to not think about leaving Hogwarts, but then Dempster brought it up. Next weekend's going to be the last time I cheer for Gryffindor. It's strange, and a little sad, to think of that. I going to miss all the girls on the Squad so much, though I know Staci will take really good care of them next year.

What are everyone's plans after leaving school? Or, just for the summer, if you're not in Seventh Year.

I've been neglecting this journal, what with studying for NEWTs and working on the play, but I really had meant to write in it again over the holiday. Except, well, I was quite distracted and you will never guess why! Or maybe you will because Gladys has probably blabbed it all over the place already. But, anyway.

Alasdair and I got back together! Yes, you read that right! He apologised for breaking up with me and said his now EX-girlfriend was hiding my letters from him and that was why he never wrote me back. I guess she dumped him when the Magpies didn't make it to the playoffs. But it doesn't really matter how he came to his senses. Just that he did.

Being back at school is such a letdown after the past week. I really can't focus on studying at all. Anyone up for a nail painting party?

In light of recent events, I thought it would be a nice idea to spread a little love around Hogwarts — and not the weird pumpkin juice induced snogging kind.

SO! I am giving everyone a chance to say something nice about someone else here at Hogwarts that they probably wouldn't normally think to take the time to say.

Elsie & Sunny: I'm excited that we're getting to work together for the play! And I am still totally up for helping Sunny go blonde.
Dempster: You're a really great friend to talk to. I don't know if you know that.
Basil: I You I'm sorry I always say you have a personality defect. You're actually not that bad at all.
Melissa: Happy Belated Birthday! Sorry I didn't say anything before! You've looked really nice lately too.
Poly: I think you're naturally very pretty. You just need to be more confident about yourself.
Meaghan: I'm sorry I tried charming your hair in third year while you were asleep. You're a great Keeper too!
Gryffindor Quidditch Team: I'm proud to cheer for you, and I'm looking forward to the match against Hufflepuff!
Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin Quidditch Teams: Even though I don't cheer for you, you're all really good athletes!
Gryffindor Cheer Squad: Thank you so much for trusting me to lead you again this year! And for presenting a positive image for young women, which you know I feel is very important.
Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin Cheer Squads: You're a really vital part of the school and even though we cheer for other teams, I'm really glad to have several of you as my friends.

Ew, I think I'm coming down with something. Probably best to skip classes tomorrow.

It's a bit early for all the Valentine's Day complaints, isn't it? But then, I skipped Hogsmeade this year, so I haven't been inundated with perfumes and tacky looking cupids quite yet. Normally, I would have gone with Gladys, but she had a date with some boy in either Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw. I'm not really sure and she's not here for me to check. Busy off snogging, I suspect.

Poly, sweetie, I saw some very strange news in that book. You know which one I mean. I haven't had a chance to talk to you in person since you got back, and I desperately need details! (Sorry about not being around when you got back, Poly. I was up visiting Dempster and we were busy discovering terribly important things about ourselves, such as Are you Naughty or Nice? and What Will Your Wedding Dress Be?)

As Basil Watson so kindly announced, I finally had the time to pick up one of these journals. I being Heather Brown, not Agatha Timms. Though certain members of the male population here at Hogwarts are welcome to keep thinking this is Agatha Timms.

As always, I am available for general advice and help with fashion faux pas. Professor Penrose has entrusted me with making sure all of yours heads look lovely during the play and Elsie and Sunny are taking care of costumes, so that should alleviate all concerns about looking less than absolutely fantastic on stage. (That said, none of you should get any wild ideas about doing my job for me.)

Basil, can I borrow you this afternoon? It is purely for academic reasons, so don't get any ideas.

Oh, by the way, Benny Davies, where are you? I hear you need help with a nose problem!
